Strip: Plans

I am interested in building a strip built kayak. I am looking for a source of full size plans. I am also not sure which kayak would be best for me. This will be my first one and I would like a combination of easiest to build with good stability and carry a heavy load. I am 6' 4" and weigh 210. I am not going to get any smaller.
