Have the Night Heron fiberglassed...but not put together.
am getting ready to drill holes at bow/stern for hand loops.
this project is kinda artsy so I'm looking for a NICE look for these handholds.
Not looking forward to drilling holes in my kayak...but think the hand loops will prove invaluable...support and handling and hanging.
Anyone have an idea for a "Sweet" look for those ropes? Not thinking pragmatically useful here...but...something that matches my deck of Padouk, Brazilian Teak, Walnut, Yellow Canary and Wenge. The rope I have is 1/4" black nylon.
