Actually they have a pretty in-depth composites report (stress, strain, temp etc). It's more than I've seen from other major brands.

You're right. Nothing for UV but that's not a non-starter. I generally use MAS which isn't exactly great from a UV standpoint per One Ocean's test. Covered with varnish it ranks among the best. I wonder how this stuff would perform.

Not a very transparent layup though! ;) I have given then idea a lot of thought. Non-petro epoxy and finishes look possible. The devil is the fiberglass. Though not oil derived, it's incredibly energy intensive to produce. Clear and strong though...
