Ok I did a Google search for BPA and found a lot of controversy and very few facts. One is that most damage done is from consuming foods from containers made with the stuff, which is something you most certainly arn't going to do with your kayak. Having a kayak made with conventional epoxy sitting in your house looks like it has very close to zero risk to your or your kids. I could be wrong, but further reading would be a good thing.
