: how did you get that nice smooth texture on the mini foam???

If you want to take the time to do it, it's fairly tedious, most abrasives will work to some degree on minicell foam. Dragonskin works really well if you can find it. I don't have the patience to sit and sand on a seat, it doesn't feel any different when it's smooth or rough when you're sitting on it.
