Latex is no good...nitrile is good. That said, I never wear gloves while working with acetone...it isn't toxic enough to worry about unless you are bathing in it. Just keep it off your skin as much as possible and avoid breathing the vapors. I worked with tons of acetone (literally) for 22-years in the lab...no serious chronic health issues. Work with small amounts and watch out for ignition sources...it's highly flamable.
