It's a connect the dots kinda thing.
You don't wanna scale up the plans on paper and then trace them onto the wood ... although that could be done it's not as accurate IMO.
Offsets just define the edge of a panel at a particular location. All ya have to do is glue up your panels to full length and draw the edges of the panel by plotting the offsets. Each offset will have a longitudinal measurement and two transverse measurements ... one for each edge of the panel at that location. Just plot 'em out on the panel, put a little dot at the edge and connect the dots. The more accurate you are the better the fit should be.
