With the wood frame, that I've talked myself out of using, you'd turn the plywood 90 degrees. Sort of like steam bent frames that are laminated instead of steam bent.. I've had the idea for the composite frame for quite some time have just been a bit put off at the cost for an experiment. It'll take several months and quite a bit of cash just to find out if it'll work or not. If not then you end up spending a bunch of money for a pile of trash.

No real good way to model it that I can think of.

Oh well, guess I've finally talked myself into it. I think the kayak catamaran did it, it's awfully heavy with it's pile of really tiny bits of wood. Figured there had to be a better way, mother of invention :)
