Had to go look it up to be sure, but Nomex is a aramid like Kevlar (different family though) and is related to the Nylon family too. So sure epoxy would stick to it. It'll bond with most fabrics. The only things it doesn't bond really well to are polyethylene (hope that's the right one)and most of the lubricating plastics (like Teflon) and untreated aluminum (this one gets people in trouble fairly often). I'm sure I'm missing a couple other things it doesn't bond to, but I'm sure someone here will point that out :)
