Hi Dave,
Congrats on the marriage, have fun on the honeymoon :)
If you're used to working with polyester, getting used to using epoxy will be relatively easy. You have lots of time in comparison to get the cloth the wet out. It's one of the reasons I enjoy working with epoxy so much as I too have spent a considerable amount of time using polyester. Nice to not have to work at breakneck speed :)
