Yes, you can sew it on, you just don't sew it on like nylon. Don't use the same methods.

I have talked to a couple of people who try to use the methods shown in Skin Boat Videos with Dacron and ended up with a mess. You don't stretch Dacon on and pull it tight with sewing or you end up with a lot of pull holes.

BTW, I am working on a video on how I sew on and shrink a Dacron skin.
