Never built that boat but when you pulled the frame the chine up on #2(?) that didn't look right to me. I would think you would have to pull up at the stern/bow frame not in the middle.

If you site down the chine and your curve is not fair, that is if there is hump, or it curves odd then something is wrong. When you sight down it does it bow upwards at frame #2? Is the chine higher? Watching you it looks like it would be. If so there is a problem.

Obvious question, but did you check and make sure that Frame #2 is cut right as well as #1? Just stabbing in the dark. As I said, have not built that one.
