It got confused looking at the first time but no. The bottom row is speed ( I forgot to label them) so you pick a speed and look up the chart. Where the lines cross is the resistance for that boat at that speed. Widest is the slowest/most resistance as you would expect. I am just surprised that there was less difference than I expected.

If you follow the line from the left to right. You seeing the speed at a give resistance. And V4 if faster than than v1 at the same amount of resistance.

I should have labeled those and forgot. Let me see if I can fix that real quick.
