Hey Randy,
I'm currently building a Mystery and needed to cove and bead less than 80 strips.
On my last build I tried what you'd like to dot set-up two routers to cut both sides at once. It was a pain and didn't happen. Not saying it couldn't, but I don't think it's needed.
This time setting up my two routers and then cutting the beads and coves of my 80 strips took less than a day.
Most of the time was setting up the router table. In fact most of that day was spent taking apart and fighting with an old Makita plunge router that has always been impossible to adjust.
The Porter Cable was a couple minutes. So I'd say making the table 1 hour, setting up the routers 2 hours, cutting beads then coves, 2 hours max (and I had to first put each strip through the fence into my neighbor's yard before running them through.)
Because my strips vary in width the adjustable finger boards were important. The hold downs are just tapered strips of spruce.
The dust collection scoop I made is adequate to keeping the cutting area clean, but not for keeping my shop clean.
the long fences on the out feed side aren't necessary.
It should be easy to improve on this jig.

: I am about to start my 2nd kayak, a Guillemont S. I would like to
: run the strips through a double router setup cutting both sides
: at once. Does anyone have such a setup and could they also send
: a photo of top and bottom sides. It would need to have one
: router adjustable horizontally for different width strips.
