I too don't want to talk you out of building a boat. But the idea that over a winter you'll build three is more than a bit ambitious. Most builders, even experienced ones will do well building one over a winter, it is a big project. Though you could build two side by side in just about the same amount of time. Building two one after the other will take at least twice the time. Have to remember that a 40 hour work week for a year is a little over 2000 hours, so 400 hours is a heck of alot of time.
