Hi Len, I have a good story also about 2 weeks ago I was launching my Night Heron stripper and as usual having a hard
time getting my legs in (just not as supple any more ) a man standing on the water edge watched me struggle bending
my knees to my chest and said I should excersize more when I told him that it is tough at 81 he just had this far off
stare then baraged me with what do I eat I told him good food and lots of exersize Nick R.
