Hi Paul, bingo on number 3 I'm adicted to building, as for the age thing "more excercise and less television". This forum
has a lot of smart and sharing people and I'm sure you will get a lot of good advise , my advise is eat good food and get
plenty of excersize and work hard at it. happy paddleing. Nick R.
