: building plans, not just the one you're building. It's a hazard
: of free plans, no point in Tom wasting space and time writing up
: the details for each boat plan when he makes nothing at all for
: this.

: Just look at the side view of the design, figure out where the keel
: flattens out, it's where the keel ends and the stem begins. The
: shape isn't real important, on a Greenland boat it's just a
: straight line and looks fine. The tip design is in the plans,
: several ways to do that. I do make a flat on the stems parrellel
: to the keel and above the keel a couple inches, makes it much
: easier to clamp the stem to the keel while the glue dries.
