I'm so far behind on write up's that I'll be spending half my winter doing them :)

The bulkheads are pretty simple, just the fabric used for the skin layed over the frame and a thin piece of plywood lamimated over that to provide abrasion resistance. The edges of the fabric are cut oversize then bonded to the skin on the inside of the boat. Much easier to do the hull first then the deck later so you don't have to spend a gross amount of time with your head up inside the boat :)

Lots of ways to do SOF hatches, Tom's got a couple on his website.

One of the guys on Ross Leidy's site has a neat idea useing bucket tops as hatches, using the rim from a poly bucket as the hatch rim stitched to the fabric. Dirt cheap and effective.
