I don't know if it works with foam, but it does with a lot of other things -
A trick I learned in Brazil, where the edible part of a certain fruit is contained in a very sticky substance is to use vegetable oil.
Rub it on your hands, and begin the peeling off of the sticky stuff and it will be coated in oil and will no longer bind to anything.
