Hi all.
I have recently been flagged down by a couple with kids and camping gear in the rear of their wagon. They were gobsmacked by my Guillemot on the roof rack. He has good carpentry skills (guitar building etc.) and wants to strip build a pair of open cockpit doubles, suitable for one adult and one child, 8 - 12yr olds, plus some camping kit, for use on small inland waters. Can anyone suggest designs / sources for something to fit the bill. I thought 14ft OAL and 24"+ beam might be about the right size. Help!
