I've seen bendy ply at a show, never used it. At the time when I saw it the ply had to be imported and was sorta pricy.

Actually I think all plywood these days is glued with the same glue (phenolic I think) and thus is all waterproof. The marine and aircraft grades have no voids allowed and the higher the grade the less fixes are allowed in the inner plies. Same as usual, you get better quality if you are willing to pay for it :)
