Strip: Petrel: Hatchless Bulkheads

At present I'm finishing the Petrel without hatches; I can add them later if my usage (play paddling) changes. When I glass in the bulkheads I've planned, that means totally confined cavities fore and aft which doesn't sound like a great thing to do. I'm thinking of at least adding a wine-bottle-cork sized hole at the top of each bulkhead to allow inverted-position draining and some breathing.
