I don't think so. When I placed my order I carefully explained what I needed (the hatch with the bag) and got a standard hatch anyway. Instead of return it and pay shipping to send it back and then pay shipping again on the new part, I ordered the retrofit kit to add the bag assembly. You basically glue a ring onto the bottom of a standard hatch, and that holds the ring on the bag. It will be sweet if I can get it to stop leaking.
