Skin-on-Frame: the Sea Tour gets a skin (sort of) *PIC*

ok well the Yost build PVC skin is on, at least the hull side, I hurried got frustrated and could have used some more hands. It looks like home made sin,well at least wrinkly old sin, but I guess it will have to do.
