Majhor problem solved I think! MANY THANKS!!! as I posted just above I was under the impression that "LOW STROKE" meant very horizontal and quick but shallow reps in water (again No wonder I was slow! I wasnt moving any water.

the artical in QAJAQ that I just posted a Blurb from realy helped and the help from this board was super!!!

many thanks Ill give a report after my next paddle session ill bet ill move a bit better!
