Skin-on-Frame: 16' of nylon

I have 2 pieces of 16' nylon and wondering what is the sportiest little SOF I can build. I am 6'2" and 185lbs, have built and owned an F1, and currently have a Yost Sea Rider.

I don't want another F1 nor do I want to cram myself into a too small kayak. I like the Yost method and thinking 2 quick little play boats.

What do you suggest?
