Actually the original use of this material was from Platt Monfort, the ultralight boat guy, who's unfortionately gone now. Interesting guy, met him and had the chance to spend some time talking about his boats a number of years ago in Oshkosh, WI for the EAA airshow. I think he's the one that got me thinking of my covering method btw.
