: I just need to find a way to move my current designs into the new

I've never used FreeShip Plus, so I don't have any suggestions.

You can do this with the new version. You enter your variables and hit the report button. Then export as html.

It works fine with the Pro version--I have no experience with the free version. As far as I can tell there is no change from 3.2 to 4.18. See my post above.
