Oh, you're looking for offsets on chined boats--my example works for rounded hulls. There might be an easier way, and it would be a good question for the Delftship forum.

If you export 2d dxf or the dxf of the linesplans, it's easy to set up those files to print. Doing that you can skip the entire offset process. If you don't have a large enough printer, most copy shops do.
