Good morning everyone, very wet here in Upstate NY.

Ive carved out 3 paddles so far 2 full size GP and a storm.

Im wanting to do another paddle and get a real good blade cross section( my storm came out good) my other two paddles , well, my diamond cross section ended up sort of low profile /rounded.

I now have some different hand tools (spoke shaves and drawknife) I couldnt get good diamonds with a small block plane but spokeshave and draw knife worked well for me.

Putting my paddle in my honda element is a tight fit as it goes the whole interior length and butts up against my main stereo speaker, it also sits on my cup holder between the seats.

so 1) make the new paddle 2 piece (Glass or carbon Ferrull??)

2) keep one piece and tie on roof rack with boats?
