Btw, the minicell foam blocks don't have to go to waste, with their slot opened up a little they fit on top of the cheap plastic saw horses the big box stores sell and make excellent work supports for the kayaks/canoes.

I even use them when I building a boat, put them over a pair of 2x4's that I screw down to the strongback, makes a nice soft cradle for the boat that's nice and secure for finish work.
