Actually the inlay set would work better. The second bushing slides over the first and takes the 1/4" thickness of the router bit into account. One could do the same thing using two different sized bushings (say 5/16" and 9/16" OD). For any kind of fit you HAVE to factor in the thickness of the router bit.
