Trimaran huh? I've actually got plans here somewhere for one about the same size. Though the thought right now is to try it SOF :)
(it would have a hard bottom)

I'd have to build it in the garage, can't get something that big out of the basement.

The separate building is very nice, but you have to heat it, which offsets some of the profits.
