What you do is place your pdf file on some website. Got a personal webpage? great place to put it. Some of the social networking sites allow you to post pictures. You should be able to post a pdf the same way.

The big thing is getting your image or document file out of your personal computer and into a public web area.

Once it is online, go to it and click on the image. You should get an option to see the address or coding. Open that up and it will give you the web address (Uniform Resource Locater or URL) for your image or pdf file.

Then head back to this forum. If you want an image to appear at the bottom of a reply, once it is online and has its own URL you copy that URL into the box at the bottom of the "reply" form. Be sure to delete the text (HTTP...etc.) which is already in the box so you don't duplicate it. This works fine for Tif and jpeg images, but I haven't tried attaching a pdf this way. Try it and see by hitting the preview button instead of the send button once you have all the info filled in.

Or, create a reply to your own post, or someone elses post, and just include that URL in your message. We'll find it.
