90" is a bit long for me... I carved mine at 87" with a 19" loom, with curved blade ends. I can just curl my fingertips over the tip when the paddle's standing vertical. Measuring my fingertips to my elbow plus arm span gives me 85".

If it proves too long, I can always knock off the rounded tips... that'll shorten the overall length by a couple inches.

I got the loomn size by measuring the outside of my fists when placed comfortably on either side of my hips, arms hanging loose. My Sea Tour 15 EXP should have a beam of 24", so I wonder if I might want to extend the loom a little bit to accommodate it. If so, I'll either extend the loom by recarving it. On the other hand, it might just give me an excuse to carve another one ;oD.
