Dave, simply for peace of mind. Not sure the skin hasn't been weakened. Recoating would probably have been fine. Guess I'm just a little over cautious.

I did the same thing today on some smaller scuffs.

Yes, it is the exterior Kilz. I brushed on two coats. I used latex for the green color coat. It's easy to apply but doesn't spray on consistent like enamel. It's kind of like a fade job. First impression is it's changing with angle of sun vs viewing angle.
