Take a couple of full length strips and if you don't have any, scraf a couple and lay them over the length of the forms, if the forms are off it'll very quickly become evident as the strips will either bump up in places or will bridge a gap where the form should be.

You can use these full length strips for the sheer where full length ones are nice to have.
