First, make sure you're using analine dye, and not actual stain. Epoxy won't stick to stain.

Wow! You don't want much! When I worked as a professional cabinet maker one of my responsibilities was color matching stains. It's a really tough job.

Let me start by saying- on a project like this, you have to look at what you are going to gain, and realistically evaluate what your goals are. Okoume does not darken much when exposed to light, but cherry darkens significantly. There's no way to say what colors will work on your okoume, and there's no saying how dark your cherry will get. (Just as an aside here- but why do you want to have your hull dyed the same color as your accent strips?)

I don't know all of the brands, I've really only used TransTint. If I were going to guess a color using their tones that would match generic okoume to generic cherry I'd start with Red Mahogany, and then add some straight Red. If matching is essential, you'll have to do tests. Lots of them. If I were going to dye okoume to a nice Chris Craft red mahogany, I'd do red dye with some red mahogany, then depending on the hue of the wood add a touch of yellow or a touch of green, which will make it more brown, or maybe blue which will make it a "cooler" red, or more toward purple.
