I can't look at it at work, have to wait till I'm home. Common for strip planked construction to "bead and cove" the planks, but they aren't done like they are on a canoe/kayak, they have a slight curvature on each face, not a semi-circular curve like a canoe strip would use. It's just to increase the glue surface. For a conventional strip planked boat, better than half the strength is in the core (the wood), unlike canoe/kayak construction where it's mostly just a spacer between the glass skins.
