I did mine with a hand bevel, mainly because I prefer to work with hand tools. It almost becomes a zen thing to bevel and then lay the strip, in fact I miss coming home to strip a boat. Admittedly, some of the strips got too much angle, leading to more resin in the boat, especially the beginning ones, but I think I will stick with this method. Plus I really dislike using routers.
