I can buy it locally and save shipping. Used to be I bought it wholesale because it's what my supplier stocked and only paid shipping from Chicago, about 75 miles away, at wholesale it was cheap. Might start again doing this at least part time for profit, so I can again buy wholesale, my supplier calls a couple times a year asking if I'm ready now, though I don't think he understands the difference in volume I'll be buying ;)
