It's not showing up (well, not for anybody but you). The link provided is http://users/paulrummler/Desktop/IMG_5668.JPG , which references your computer. Specifically, it says the picture's on your desktop. That's nice for you, but the rest of the internet can't access your desktop. You shouldn't want the whole internet accessing your desktop, anyway... bad things happen.

Rather than storing the picture on your computer, you'll want to put it on a server that has web access. Thankfully, there are quite a few sites that'll do it for free. I use Google's Picasa a lot ( http://picasaweb.google.com ). Photobucket's another one ( http://photobucket.com/ ).

Either one will require you setting up a free account, which lets you organize your pictures (as opposed to throwing everybody's pictures in all together). Get the picture uploaded, and view it... usually there'll be a button for "Link to this image" or something like it. Click that, and it should give you the address of the picture you just uploaded. Copy that down.

When you post the message on the forums here, you'll want to paste the address for the image in the "Optional Image URL" box.
