It is most unfortuante. Robert Morris is a decent enough guy, but very bad at answering emails. He has wound his business down in the past few years but probably has not looked at his web site to eliminate on line ordering. Did you order it from Amazon or directly from Robert? The book is out of print now, unless he has found another publisher to take it on so if ordered from Amazon it looks like they are directing customers to re-sellers and not related to Robert's business. That is why I see the price is extremely high for new and used. Your gripe may not be with Mr. Morris unless you spoke to him personally.
