I ordered this from Dualj.com. This is nothing to do with Morris. I ordered from Dualj and made payment through paypal. I ran my despute through my credit card company which then deals with both Dualj and Paypal. Disputing through your credit card company seems to be the most effective way on these disputes. It may vary between different Credit Card Vendors but I have had good luck dealing through American Express.

Again, Mr Morris is in no way involved in this matter or in anyway related to this problem.
