I did see your post right after i made mine, looks like it'll be a beauty. I like that the bead/cove's lock into each other so i'm leaning that way as you did. Still have to refine the exact details of the deck so i'll figure out the exact assembly as i plan things out better. Do you have a blog or anything with more pics?

Thanks! I used Adobe Illustrator simply tracing over the plan image from this website to get the basic outline, and began filling in my design. Really easy to use for this purpose. Now that i have a general idea i'll probably swith over to autocad to work out the details.
