hear hear! my own subconscious is pretty darn smart, and hoisting a pint is great tonic for frustration :) I suck at planning for a lot of things, but I'm finding myself doing a lot more with this kayak building and so far it's really paying off in making the actual work sooo much easier!

While I'm here, Thank You to everyone on this forum and the various websites - Guillemot, One Ocean, Laughing Loon.... the information, advice, opinions and banter I've found are invaluable for a po' lil' squid like me :-)
