Before I moved here I always cut my strips and or stringers for SOF's in the warmer months and just stored them till I was ready to build during the winter. Bundled and taped the strips will stay straight for a long time, well most of them ;) I had to put the table saw at the garage door entrance to get enough length then run the cut strips out the door.

Now I've got a 50' long shop in the basement, not a problem anymore :) (assuming I ever actually build the shop in the basement )
