I used the same tube method on my last boat (no one should underestimate how hard it can be to remove the tubing!). I think they are great but I felt like they added more weight than I wanted. I've been wondering about using the glass or carbon sleeves that are available instead of all the chopped up glass and epoxy. What do you think Dan?
