Dan,
It is uneathical to build my designs professionally unless you've made a contract with me and pay a royalty for each use.

I don't have any information that you have done so, or that you indicated to me you intended to build my Shooting Star
for a customer when you bought the plans in March of 2006.

My plans clearly state they are intended for the personal use of the buyer and gives them the right to build one boat.

I see from your web page you're building one of Nick's kayaks. I hope you have made arrangements to pay him for your use of his design.
